Q: What charges do I have to pay at customs?

EU Countries: Customs Duty: This is a tax that is charged on goods imported into the EU. Typically around 5%. Value Added Tax (VAT): This is a tax that is charged on goods and services sold in the EU. The rate of VAT varies depending on the country in the EU. For example, the rate of VAT in Germany is 19%, while the rate of VAT in France is 20%. The customs authorities may also charge handling fees. USA: No charge below 800 USD

31/01 Tracked shipping is available again.

27/01 We started shipping out the orders with RM Tracked & Signed OR Signed (Canada, Australia) - this is the only available option at Royal Mail now. This means that the courier will collect a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Normal tracked option should be available soon.

24/01 The Rainbow stems are in stock now. We're trying to come up with a solution to ship the orders asap if there is no update from Royal Mail until the end of the week.

22/01 Royal Mail update: "We have now resumed international export despatches for all mail streams including parcels and letters across a growing number of international destinations. We are making good progress in despatching items that are already in our network across all of our services. Please note you may see less tracking information than usual as we continue to restore our services."

This update is only for the parcels already in their system. We still can't process new international orders yet.

20/01 The rainbow stems are still on the way, they'll arrive around mid next week. There will be more stock of the Maple Sleeves, black and blue Caps as well.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We offer free worldwide shipping if you spend over £199.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. UK orders will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. The tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email.
