Q: What charges do I have to pay at customs?

EU Countries: Customs Duty: This is a tax that is charged on goods imported into the EU. Typically around 5%. Value Added Tax (VAT): This is a tax that is charged on goods and services sold in the EU. The rate of VAT varies depending on the country in the EU. For example, the rate of VAT in Germany is 19%, while the rate of VAT in France is 20%. The customs authorities may also charge handling fees. USA: No charge below 800 USD

1. To place an order, first log in with your registered wholesale account.

2. Add the items to your cart and use both " WSO " and " WSO2 " discount codes at checkout to activate the wholesale pricing. It's possible that you can only use one of the codes depending on what products are in the cart.

3. You must select bank transfer as payment and DHL, UPS or FedEx shipping for wholesale orders shipped outside of the UK. DO NOT select the free shipping option, that's only for retail customers. You can now place the order.

4. Please make the payment via bank transfer, you can find our details below or on the invoice that you can download from the link in the confirmation e-mail.

International orders:
Make sure that we receive the exact order total in GBP (£). We're unable to accept EUR (€), USD ($) or other currencies at this time.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We offer free worldwide shipping if you spend over £199.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. UK orders will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. The tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email.
