Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer than advertised, especially during pre-orders and product releases.

If you haven’t received your parcel after two weeks, please contact us. We need to notify the shipper about lost parcels within three weeks.

For international customers: It is your responsibility to be aware of your own country's import rules regarding taxes, duties, and handling fees. The majority of our products are made in China. Tariffs have to be paid for orders to the USA. 

Failure to pay any fees or refusal to accept delivery means we can only provide a refund if the package is safely returned to us. Your refund will also be minus our delivery costs.

Poland, Greece: We cannot ship to these countries due to customs issues.

Israel: Please expect long shipping times, about 4-8 weeks.
