I bought my revolve 2 almost a year and a half ago, it didn't exist yet and I could only order with Dynavap system.
It's my first vaporizer and I didn't know if I was doing it wrong but I never managed to feel any effects with the Dynavap tip-cap. I contacted mad heaters support and told them about my experience, they tried to help me with lots of advice but it never worked for me. weeks ago i decided to take the risk and try the tempest, I can say that it feels much better, I like the weight, its design and how it feels, I don't know if the dynavap cap had problems but it often fell and didn't hold the magnet of my reload well, now it feels like it was made for that, it arrived two days ago with a free wooden stem, although I think they sent me a factory second one by mistake, due to some scratches but they don't really affect anything.
Got one to have as an alternate/quick switch-out for full cap vs. half cap, attached it to my Omnivong and it works like a charm!
Brilliant product, wish the factory second tempests had been available when I ordered would have gone for the whole thing and not just the head, bought a Simrell wood stem to pair it with and it works fantastically. Only used with a torch so far but have found using the visual indicator with a torch gives the best results.
Each day i keep fine tuning the experience even more! I currently run it through a tiny mushroom recycler rig from daily high club and it cools the vapor tremendously i always forget how big of hits im taking.
My favorite part is the ball system or whatever its technically called. This device can easily be reheated and the visual indicator helps with that tremendously. I always felt like my dynavap was only a one hit/ one heatup style device. Its amazing to reheat the tempest head when needed. My lungs are sensitive so i always cough and need that in between time before the next hit haha.
Thanks brenyo for the incredible product. I always was a fan since the revolve stems came out and ordered a gen 2. But this analog vape has me really loyal and hope the company makes more incredible analog vapes in the future!!
Im a heavy dynavap user. Ive used other similar vaporizers like the danivape and was unimpressed. This device truly is a ball vape in the form of a dynavap. Incredible flavor and production. Its very sophisticated and definitely has a bit of a learning curve but if you put the effort in you will have yourself a device that blows everything else out of the water. Up to this point i thought the hyperdyn was the be all end all of big analog vapes. But the tempest is truly just different. And yet compatible with all of my dynavap stems! You really can’t go wrong with this device
Easily the best TED on the market. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another
A month after receiving my Tempest Kit, I ordered another head to better test and fine tune the minor changes in the Tempest. Ball size, material, stem, and other config changes. These heads are amazing on a cheap 14M glass tube for at home use on a bubbler without messing the stem up.
I loved the Tempest already, but having more than one head makes it even easier to switch to different types of balls, etc.
I had a revolve gen 2 stem, so I bought the wood stem and this head to make it complete, and it has been a daily driver for me since it arrived weeks ago. All my other devices are shelved, except for the heavy duty desktop ball vape which doesn't pass my reach test as much as this. I love this device!!
