This titanium cooling unit is exclusively for use with the Tempest 2.
The "Medium" comes as standard with the Tempest 2.
I have all three and to my surprise, i really like the long one. The short delivers hotter vapor if head air flow is fully open. I prefer the long one for native use and the short one for use through a waterpiece. But I’ve still a lot of experimenting to do :-)
I like the short CU, gives you warmer and a bit tastier hits. I don't see any benefit to the long (high) one, since the vapor is cool anyway when you use the medium CU. Maybe for hash?
The base cooling from the Tempest 2 is great but if you like a higher extraction temperature at the head then the extra twists in this version will coll the airflow even more. Nice to have a few options.
I mainly use the high long one, it does a great Job cooling down the vapour and creating the turbulence inside the stem refreshing and slowing down the clouds.
