As a former quality assurance manager, I would have loved to have the MAD Heaters QA engineers on my team. My Reload 2 is a “factory second” but I have no idea how it is flawed. The fit, finish, and function are all fantastic. You want one of these!

Really nice, worth every penny
Spent a long time examining this and can't figure out why it's a factory second, I can't find any flaws. I'd hesitates for a while but I absolutely love my reload and the convenience it brings. The included funnel was a great anduch appreciated gift.
Slightly wider/taller than v1, fixed or improved every minor issue. This is an essential too for anyone who owns a DynaVap-like device. Love it!!
I don't know how I went without the reload for so long. This is hands down the best accessory available for any TED
The reload is a must have for any TED especially the tempest. I couldn’t imagine being on the go without one.
