Can't wait for my reload
I’ve been using reload since gen 1 and have now purchased (3) gen 2s - all factory seconds. I have yet to find a flaw in any of them and they all get daily use. Reload is a game changer - cannot function without them at home or on the go. Keep up the good work MAD Heaters!
I am thoroughly impressed! Looks great online and even better in person. The only option available to me was the factory second, but I’ve yet to notice any flaw on the product. There are so many neat features built into the reload, very well thought out. I can’t wait for the Tempest release to pair them up!

Perfect with the tempest. I see nothing wrong with the factory second. Stores plenty of ground herb for a day or 2. Thanks for the included funnel and wood balm!
Having the gen 2 Reload makes setting up my Dynavaps & Revolve gen 2 such a breeze. Unloading is easy, simple and loading is just as easy and the best part is the Reload is small enough to put in my back pocket and I hardly notice it, so travel is no concern. Gonna buy a Reload gen 2 mini pot once they’re in stock again so I can have a third herb chamber to carry an extra strain on me. I’d suggest getting the Reload gen 2 funnel due to the size of the Reload’s hole diameter size, kinda small so the funnel is a must unless you want loose herb everywhere.
Great little addition to the collection. The factory second I received had a minor blemish at the bottom, but functions perfectly. Lovely smooth threads!
