The best portable TED, bar none !

The level of precision in this device is astounding.
I have retired my whole collection of Dynavaps bar the Hyperdyn since I got the Tempest 2.
This is the only DHV I have (and I have quite a collection) which gives such a complete extraction in a single heat cycle. The vapor is really thick from the first draw yet very flavourful till the last !
It is thick enough that it calms my smoking cravings !!! (been combusting with tabacco for 35 years prior to switching to vaping a few weeks ago)
It works wonderfully with a torch, the visual indicator is pure genius, and it works even better with an IH !
Been using the Wand with success for a few weeks but that thing eats batteries for breakfast so I'm waiting for the batteries of my new YLL 3.0 to arrive.
Oh, and do get a Reload (or two) with it, this combo really is a life changer, either at home or on the move !
Just get it. Your VAS will be over ! (at least until Tempest 3 comes along 😁)

The only real competition to the Tempest in my collection is the QR Baller, a full quartz ball vape with a PID controller and a coil. Not exactly portable !

Tempest 2

5 stars isn't enough for this masterpiece! I am one of those that scoured the page, 3 times a day, in the hope of getting one of these. I did not hesitate the moment I saw it and it has outlived expectations. The adjustable airflow from both the tip and the cap mean you can fully personalise it to your experience. I use the torch and go a few seconds after the second click. My heat gauge is between 2 and 3 and boom. FULL extraction in that one heat. It has retired my entire collection and my only regret was not getting a second one. If you can get a reload with it then I highly recommend that to go with it too. This is the device which cranks it up to 11!

Hits really hard for such a small device. Well made with premium materials.

All day heavy hitter!

I’ve been using the new tempest2 as my daily for the past month now. And I’m absolutely blown away by the build quality, all the way down to how well it performs!

It’s put all my dynavaps in the drawer 🫣
There’s so many different ways to set this thing up, it should cater to all types easily.

Thanks!

A portable ball vape experience

A lof of work and attention to detail have been put in this beautiful device. It provides a better overall experience than other much more expensive DHV's I have tried in the past. Huge clouds, great taste. Thank you Madheaters for this masterpiece.

Best vape experience

After waiting a long time to catch the next available tempest 2 batch I finally managed to order one unit. I took one hit and it took me through the roof, wow. Very good flavor and amazing clouds. Paired perfectly with the reload and a wood sleeve it looks very nice. Can definitely recommend and will probably get another one once they official release. Thanks for the great engineering

Nice Device 4 Outta 5, Shipping Super Slow+Tarriffs

I would give this a better rating if I hadn’t gotten a Simrell first; it’s so much more reliable and straightforward than the Tempest 2. The Tempest has many variables and nuances that make the device a little difficult to get the very best out of. It has a good bowl size and works better than most other manual vapes out there, but my pick of the two is the Simrell (it’s about a third more $ though).

First Ball Vape Style Manual Vaporizer

I have several manual dry herb vaporizers and the T2 is the first ball vape style. This thing hits great and I've only used the stock balls so far. This will definitely at the top of my rotation

RIP, VAS

My Vaporizer Acquisition Syndrome has been waning ever since I picked up my first Tempest. Sure, I bought another one, and an extra head for a dedicated WPA, but after that I didn't feel like I needed more vaporizers. I still occasionally hit my desktop ball vape, or pull out a digital portable, just to switch it up, but a good 95% of my vaping is through the Tempest. I probably wouldn't even have picked up a V2, but then I lost one of my V1s. Given that they're difficult to acquire, I felt like I needed another to make sure I'm never without, so I jumped on it when I saw there was a V2 available. I'm sure glad I did. The V2 is a huge improvement. I love the bigger bowl, the more robust screen, and the improved heat retention, but my favorite change by far is the increased air flow. This is no longer just a mouth to lung device--now you can truly rip it like a well-rolled joint. And while I always admired the intricate vapor path, with its many options, of the Revolve and the V1, I never felt like it was necessary--my use pattern is set it and forget it. The simpler stem is a big improvement, and it eliminates the need for a dedicated WPA. Like I noted, my VAS is pretty much dead, but I could see picking up a second V2 just to make sure I've always got one around.
